Terms and conditions
Please read these terms before using our website, creating an account, or booking an appointment.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to the website and online services operated by Dr Taliya's Clinic ("the Clinic", "we", "us"), based in Islamabad, Pakistan. By accessing this website, creating a patient account, or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
This website lets you learn about the Clinic, view doctors and services, book onsite or online consultations, manage appointments, and contact us. Online consultations are video visits and do not replace emergency care or in-person examination when clinically required.
- If you have a medical emergency, call local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
- Online advice is based on the information you provide and may be limited compared with an in-person visit.
- The Clinic may decline, reschedule, or convert an online booking to an onsite visit when clinically appropriate.
3. Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for information you submit (including patient details, contact numbers, and medical history relevant to the booking). Provide accurate, complete information. You must be authorised to book on behalf of another person (for example, a child or dependent).
4. Bookings and payments
Booking an appointment may require payment through our payment gateway before confirmation. A booking request is not a guaranteed slot until payment (where required) is completed and the Clinic confirms the appointment. Fees, availability, and doctor schedules may change. See our refund and cancellation policy for cancellations and refunds.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt our systems.
- Submit false, abusive, or fraudulent information.
- Use online consultations for unlawful purposes or to obtain controlled medicines outside clinical judgment.
- Record or redistribute a consultation without the clinician’s and the Clinic’s prior consent.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by the Clinic or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them for commercial use without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, delayed confirmations, third-party payment gateway outages, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not allowed by law, or for fraud.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal and health-related information is described in our privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
10. Contact
